Il Roque de Agando è una torre rocciosa vulcanica alta 1251 msnm sull'isola spagnola di La Gomera, nelle Canarie.
L'ex camino vulcanico è composto da fonolite e si trova a est dell'altopiano centrale di La Gomera, nel comune di San Sebastián de La Gomera. Si trova tra il Barranco de La Laja e il Barranco de Benchijigua ed è parte del gruppo roccioso Los Roques, che comprende oltre all'Agando anche il Roque de la Zarcita, il Roque de Carmona e il Roque de Ojila. Il Roque de Agando è il più distintivo dei Roques, con una forma a cono simile a un dolce che si erge di circa 220 metri sulla sua base a sud. Sul lato nord, sovrasta di circa 100 metri la strada Carretera del Centro che passa ai suoi piedi.
