Roque de Agando er en vulkansk klippe der måler 1251 m over havets overflade på den spanske ø La Gomera i De Kanariske Øer.
Den tidligere vulkanskegle består af fonoelit og ligger i den østlige del af det centrale højland i La Gomera inden for kommunen San Sebastián de La Gomera. Den ligger mellem Barranco de La Laja og Barranco de Benchijigua og tilhører klippegruppen Los Roques, som inkluderer Roque de la Zarcita, Roque de Carmona og Roque de Ojila. Roque de Agando er den mest markante af Los Roques, med en sukkertop-lignende form der rejser sig omkring 220 meter over sin fod på sydsiden. På sin nordsiden rager den omkring 100 meter op over vejen Carretera del Centro, der går forbi foden af klippen.
