La serra del Deserto delle Palme è un'alignazione montuosa della Comunità Valenciana. Si trova sulla costa della Plana Alta, al confine tra Castelló de la Plana e Benicàssim.
Il nome "Deserto delle Palme" deriva dalla presenza di una congregazione carmelitana, ordine che denomina "deserto" un luogo isolato, lontano dalle tentazioni mondane, dove si ritiravano eremiti o asceti dedicati alla vita meditativa spirituale. La seconda parte del nome è dovuta all'abondanza del margalló, l'unica palma endemica d'Europa.
