La sierra del Desierto de las Palmas o Desierto de las Palmas es una alineación montañosa de la Comunidad Valenciana. Se encuentra en la costa de la Plana Alta, al borde de Castellón de la Plana y Benicàssim.
El nombre de "Desierto de las Palmas" proviene de la presencia de una congregación carmelitana, orden que denomina "desierto" a un lugar aislado, alejado de las tentaciones mundanas, donde se retiraban ermitaños o ascetas dedicados a la vida meditativa espiritual. La segunda parte del nombre se debe a la abundancia del margalló, la única palmera endémica de Europa.
