Il Castello di Alcudia de Veo nella provincia di Castellón, situato a nord del comune stesso di Alcudia de Veo, è una fortezza di origine araba che si trova su un monte di forti pendii di fronte alla popolazione, sulla riva sinistra del fiume Veo.
Il castello, di pianta irregolare, disponeva di diversi recinti murati. L'esterno islamico presenta torri di quattro piani e pianta quadrata con feritoie e coronato da merlature, realizzate in tapial.
