Il Comune di Málaga, noto anche come La Casona del Parque, è la sede del comune di Málaga, in Spagna. Un edificio in stile barocco revival con elementi modernisti, è stato progettato dagli architetti Fernando Guerrero Strachan e Manuel Rivera Vera. La prima pietra è stata posata dal sindaco Ricardo Albert nell'ultimo giorno del 1911, e l'edificio è stato inaugurato l'11 aprile 1919 dal sindaco Manuel Romero Raggio. Il costo è stato di 1,5 milioni di pesetas spagnole. La Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Telmo è stata consulente per il progetto, e inizialmente l'edificio avrebbe dovuto ospitare anche la Deputazione Provinciale di Málaga e il Tribunale d'Inchiesta.
