Il centro penitenziario di Nanclares de la Oca era una prigione spagnola, situata nell'omonimo comune nella provincia basca di Álava. Il complesso si trova al di fuori del nucleo urbano di Nanclares e occupa circa 60 ettari del cosiddetto montecillo di Gárabo, sulle rive di alcuni meandri del fiume Zadorra. Nel 2011 tutti i detenuti sono stati trasferiti nel nuovo Centro Penitenziario Araba/Álava, situato nella stessa località di Nanclares de la Oca. Nonostante non ospiti più detenuti, nel 2021 le sue strutture sono passate in proprietà al Governo basco. Ad oggi, deve ancora essere deciso cosa fare con la vecchia prigione.
