La Chiesa di Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación fu costruita dopo la riconquista musulmana di Grazalema (1485) sul sito di un antico tempio mudéjar.
Semplice, di bianco splendente e di straordinaria bellezza, è il tempio del patrono di Grazalema, San Atanasio , e di Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, con un'edicola neoclassica raffigurante l'Incarnazione e la Sacra Famiglia sull'altare maggiore.
