Situato nel cuore del centro storico di Córdoba, questo maestoso palazzo rinascimentale ospita oggi il Museo Archeologico ed Etnologico di Córdoba.
Fu progettato nel XVI secolo dall'architetto Hernán Ruiz II. La facciata principale ricorda nel design la bellissima Puerta del Puente. All'interno spiccano i tre bei cortili , ricchi di reperti archeologici. L'architettura delle stanze, dei cortili, delle scale e dei soffitti a cassettoni, delle fontane e delle decorazioni vegetali conferiscono all'insieme un'attraente atmosfera cordovese pura.
In uno dei cortili, che incombe sulla memoria, si sono conservate le gradinate a forma di tribuna che dava accesso a un teatro romano.
