La cattedrale di Beauvais (Cattedrale di San Pietro di Beauvais), la "cattedrale più alta del mondo", è una cattedrale gotica incompiuta. L'edificio è una delle costruzioni più audaci dell'architettura gotica. È composto solo da un coro del XIII secolo con deambulatorio e sette cappelle radiali e un transetto del XVI secolo.
Al posto della navata prevista ma mai realizzata rimane il resto del predecessore dell'attuale cattedrale, un edificio romanico del X secolo noto come Notre-Dame de la Basse-Œuvre (il lavoro basso).
Al complesso appartengono anche un semplice chiostro e una sala capitolare. A ovest della cattedrale si trova il palazzo vescovile del XIV e XV secolo.
