Fleurance è un comune francese di 6.467 abitanti situato nel dipartimento del Gers nella regione dell'Occitania. Situato nella zona nota come Armagnac, il comune è attraversato dalla route nationale 21 e dal fiume Gers.
Fleurance è una bastide fondata nella seconda metà del secolo XIII; al pari di altre basitides presenta una pianta regolare, organizzata intorno ad una piazza centrale. La chiesa parrocchiale risale al periodo medioevale e fu edificata in stile gotico.
