Boynes è un comune francese di 1.287 abitanti situato nel dipartimento del Loiret nella regione del Centro-Valle della Loira.Lo stemma comunale prende spunto dal blasone dei Pocquaire , la più antica famiglia nobile di Boynes che resse la signoria dal XIV al XVI secolo, e da quello dei Bourgeois de Boynes che furono gli ultimi signori del luogo. Simbolo della città è il fiore di croco da cui si ricava lo zafferano che ha dato fama internazionale a Boynes.
