Il parco naturale regionale del Haut-Jura è un parco naturale regionale francese situato nel sud-ovest della catena montuosa del Giura in Francia, al confine tra Francia e Svizzera.
Il parco è stato creato il 10 febbraio 1986 e all'epoca comprendeva 37 comuni. Nel 2005, quel numero è ora di 113 comuni, con una popolazione totale di 71.000 abitanti. Il parco copre un'area di 165.000 ettari in tre dipartimenti francesi: Ain, Doubs e Jura.
