Le Saut des Français è una località situata alla periferia di Duranus, nel dipartimento delle Alpi Marittime. Alla fine del XVIII secolo, si dice che sia stata un importante luogo di resistenza dei barbets contro l'occupazione della contea di Nizza da parte delle truppe francesi della Rivoluzione: i soldati francesi venivano gettati dalla cima di questa scogliera alta 300 metri nella valle della Vésubie sottostante, in rappresaglia per le atrocità commesse da questi stessi soldati.
