La diocesi di Aire e Dax è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Francia suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Bordeaux. Nel 2020 contava 285.600 battezzati su 405.010 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Nicolas Jean-Marie Souchu.
Sede vescovile è la città di Dax, dove si trova la cattedrale di Santa Maria. Ad Aire-sur-l'Adour sorge la concattedrale di San Giovanni Battista.
