La Salie Nord è la spiaggia oceanica ideale per gli sport da tavola.
Sulla spiaggia di La Salie Nord è stato appena allestito un punto di surf. Oltre al punto di primo soccorso, ospita anche associazioni di surf, kite surf e sand yachting.
Attenzione però, è necessario camminare un po' e scalare una duna prima di accedere alla spiaggia (parcheggio gratuito, servizi igienici pubblici, tavoli da picnic). La spiaggia è sorvegliata dall'inizio di luglio alla fine di agosto.
