Dal 2014, l'Ufficio del Turismo è stato coinvolto in un processo di miglioramento continuo, classificato come Categoria II e insignito del marchio Turismo di Qualità nel 2016 e nuovamente nel 2022. L'Ufficio del Turismo promuove le sue azioni presso i suoi partner e li incoraggia a partecipare ai processi di qualificazione
L'Ufficio del Turismo ha ottenuto il marchio "Accueil Vélo" ed è impegnato nello sviluppo sostenibile con il Parco Naturale Regionale delle Landes de Gascogne e si impegna a offrire un servizio di eccellenza ai suoi visitatori e partner.
