Situato in mezzo ai vigneti, il mulino di Courrian (noto anche come mulino di Blaignan o di Caussan), di proprietà dello Château la Tour Haut Caussan, è un mulino ad ala Berton.
Restaurato nel 1981, conserva ancora il suo meccanismo interno.
Le vele Berton sono un miglioramento tecnico del XIX secolo. Costituite da sottili assi che ruotano su verroni incernierati alle aste, possono essere estese e strette a piacere. Si azionano dall'interno del mulino, grazie a un meccanismo a quattro bracci collegato all'albero motore, eliminando la necessità di coprire le ali con la tela.
Oltre alla visita dello Château, su richiesta è possibile visitare anche il mulino.
Le visite sono possibili anche in occasioni speciali (ad esempio, la Giornata del Mulino).
