Situado en medio de los viñedos, el molino Courrian (también conocido como molino Blaignan o Caussan), propiedad del Château la Tour Haut Caussan, es un molino de ala Berton.
Restaurado en 1981, conserva su mecanismo interno.
Las velas Berton son una mejora técnica del siglo XIX. Formadas por finos tablones que pivotan sobre verrons articulados a las varillas, pueden extenderse y tensarse a voluntad. Se accionan desde el interior del molino, gracias a un mecanismo de cuatro brazos unido al eje de transmisión, lo que elimina la necesidad de cubrir las alas con lona.
Además de visitar el castillo, también se puede visitar el molino previa solicitud.
Las visitas también son posibles en ocasiones especiales (Día del Molino, por ejemplo).
