Il ristorante si trova nel cuore dell'incantevole villaggio di Espette, noto per i suoi peperoni.
Offriamo una cucina tradizionale basca e siamo orgogliosi di lavorare con fornitori e produttori locali. C'è una bella terrazza coperta che si affaccia sul giardino e un'altra sul lato della strada.
I piatti sono fatti in casa, con amore, dal nostro chef e dal suo team. Nel nostro menu troverete la star locale: l'Axoa di vitello.
Anche nelle bevande offriamo prodotti locali: vino di Irouleguy e brandy di Jean Brana, liquori di Egiazki, birre artigianali di Akerbeltz.
