Le origini di questo mulino risalgono a molto tempo fa. Già nel 1457 si ha testimonianza dell'esistenza di un mulino a Chapelon. Era chiamato "Moulin de Nuisement" a causa della grande superficie che occupava e che rendeva difficile la coltivazione dei campi. Più tardi, nel XVII secolo, prese il nome di "Moulin Gaillardin". È un mulino a perni ed è l'ultimo mulino a vento del Gâtinais. I lavori di ristrutturazione sono stati completati nel giugno 2023. Non esitate a fare una deviazione per ammirare la portata dei lavori di restauro.
