Il nuovo caseificio "Lait 2 Fermes" apre il suo negozio e permette di curiosare liberamente in un corridoio. Se il pubblico lo consente, si possono dare alcune informazioni sui formaggi più pregiati.
Nel negozio si possono scoprire maroilles, gnocchi di avesnes e altre specialità di formaggio prodotte a Eparcy, ma anche prodotti locali come sidro, birra e latticini.
