La navata e il portale in arenaria non fortificati della chiesa di San Nicola sembrano risalire all'inizio del XVI secolo. Negli anni Ottanta del Quattrocento fu costruita una fortezza in mattoni sopra il coro, con accesso tramite una scala nel muro. Questa chiesa è insolita perché non ha un campanile e il suo torrione si trova nel coro. Nota bene: una vasta sala di rifugio di 50 m², oggi chiusa al pubblico, è accessibile attraverso una scala molto stretta costruita nel muro dietro l'altare!
La chiesa nasconde un segreto... quello della statua della Vergine Maria, che si dice sbatta le palpebre. Dagli anni '50, più di 1.000 fedeli avrebbero assistito a questo fenomeno...
Passeggiando per il cimitero, splendidamente fiorito, si può ammirare la sottostante valle del fiume Oise.
