La casa, "Ostal" in occitano, è tipicamente Lotoise e si trova nel cuore della valle della Dordogna e nelle immediate vicinanze della Cère, uno dei suoi affluenti.
È circondata da un ettaro di terreno, dove si può godere della natura e rilassarsi in pace.
La casa si trova su un piano rialzato, con alcuni gradini che portano alle stanze principali: soggiorno con divano e TV, grande tavolo. Cucina aperta sulla sala da pranzo/colazione.
Accesso alle camere da letto al primo piano (altezza del soffitto tra 1m98 e 1m72), 3 camere con letti 160x200, vassoio con bollitore a disposizione, bagno privato in ogni camera con doccia e WC. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata reversibile.
