Het huis, "Ostal" in het Occitaans, is typisch Lotoise en ligt in het hart van de Dordogne-vallei en in de directe nabijheid van de Cère, een van de zijrivieren.
Het is omgeven door een hectare grond, waar u kunt genieten van de natuur en in alle rust kunt ontspannen.
Het huis ligt op een verhoging, met een paar treden die leiden naar de belangrijkste kamers: woonkamer met bank en TV, grote tafel. Keuken open naar eet/ontbijtkamer.
Toegang tot de slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping (plafondhoogte tussen 1m98 en 1m72), 3 slaapkamers met bedden van 160x200, dienblad met waterkoker aanwezig, eigen badkamer in elke slaapkamer met douche en WC. Alle kamers zijn uitgerust met omkeerbare airconditioning.
