Il Pastis de la Chalosse della Maison Laborde vi offre il suo famoso pastis. La parola "pastis" non ha nulla a che fare con l'anisetta, ma significa "pasta" in guascone. Quindi non c'è nessun "PASTIS" nel pastis di Chalosse! Ha un aroma di rum e vaniglia e una caratteristica polpa di brioche.
Dove si può trovare? Naturalmente presso la pasticceria di Ozourt, ma anche presso La boucherie Franck Baché e il Carrefour Contact di Montfort-en-Chalosse e Pomarez, nonché all'Intermarché di Pontonx-sur-l'Adour e in molti altri punti vendita delle Landes.
Da gustare senza moderazione, tutto l'anno.
