Pastis de la Chalosse van Maison Laborde biedt je zijn beroemde pastis. Het woord "pastis" heeft niets te maken met anisette, maar betekent "pasta" in het Gasconisch. Er zit dus geen "PASTIS" in de pastis van Chalosse! Het heeft rum- en vanillesmaken met een kenmerkend briochevlees.
Waar kun je het vinden? Je kunt natuurlijk terecht bij de patisserie in Ozourt, maar ook bij La boucherie Franck Baché en Carrefour Contact in Montfort-en-Chalosse en Pomarez, evenals de Intermarché in Pontonx-sur-l'Adour en vele andere verkooppunten in de Landes.
Geniet zonder mate, het hele jaar door.
