Dopo una carriera professionale in una grande città, i proprietari di Cap Sittelle non hanno avuto altra scelta che ritirarsi. Tornare nella casa di famiglia a Cap Ferret e costruire un mondo che permettesse agli altri di abbandonare la vita di tutti i giorni. Qui tutto è raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta, il che rende più facili i primi passi: Fate un bel respiro, mettete giù la macchina! L'appartamento per gli ospiti al 1° piano della casa è spazioso e indipendente, con una terrazza sotto i pini e una cucina.
Di tutto il resto si occupano i proprietari della casa. La colazione viene servita ogni giorno davanti all'appartamento. La padrona di casa ama l'arte e organizza numerose mostre. Al momento del vernissage, siete invitati a condividere un momento in cui si parla di arte e degli angoli segreti della Presqu'île.
