Ai margini del Périgord, nel territorio del Parco Naturale Regionale e del "Pays des Feuillardiers", il Pressoir è ospitato in un antico mulino completamente indipendente. L'ampio parco si affaccia sulla campagna del Limousin. È costeggiata da un ruscello dove si trovano i gamberi di fiume e dove si può pescare, così come nel vicino laghetto. Si trova ai margini del bosco privato dove si possono percorrere numerosi sentieri e a 1,5 km dal parco del castello dove si trova la piscina comune (13X8) aperta da maggio a settembre a seconda del tempo, tennis e ping pong e un laghetto per la pesca. Nelle vicinanze: canoa, accrobranche, karting, golf, Limoges, castelli di Châlus, Montbrun, Jumillac, il sito di meteoriti di Rochechouart. A 10 km dalla Dordogna: Nontron, Brantôme, Périgueux e la Charente: Sito gallo-romano di Chassenon, Confolens, Angoulême.
