Vera e propria istituzione nei Paesi Baschi, la Maison Pariès è l'ultima discendente diretta dei cioccolatieri di Bayonne.
Fondata da Jacques Damestoy nel 1895, l'azienda ha fatto del suo know-how e dell'eccellenza dei suoi prodotti la sua reputazione, che oggi le è valsa i marchi EFC (Entreprises Familiales Centenaires) e EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant).
Oggi è gestito da Céline Martin Pariès.
Si tratta di un'azienda specializzata in pasticceria, dolci e prelibatezze basche, che offre diversi tipi di prodotti tra cui
torte basche, mouchous, kanougas, macaron, cioccolatini, tourons.
