Le casematte furono le prime ad essere costruite sulla Linea Maginot e le prime ad entrare in servizio attivo (la casamatta fu testata nell'agosto del 1931)
1931), entrando in servizio nel gennaio 1934. Furono teatro di combattimenti il 14 giugno 1940. L'equipaggio si arrende ai tedeschi su ordine e sono
sconfitti il 30 giugno 1940. La visita dell'edificio porta i visitatori in un viaggio a ritroso fino al 1940, dove scopriranno la vita di un soldato
attraverso una ricca ricostruzione storica. Il tour offre anche una panoramica sulla costruzione della Linea Maginot. Le visite sono disponibili
su appuntamento nelle date e negli orari indicati.
