La nostra azienda a conduzione familiare è specializzata nella produzione di salumi locali: prosciutto di Bayonne, salsiccia secca, andouille béarnaise, ecc. Tutti i nostri prodotti provengono da aziende agricole locali della regione del Béarn e preferiamo la salatura con il sale di Salies de Béarn. Aneddoticamente, alcuni dei nostri clienti portano i nostri salumi in viaggio: uno di loro ha assaggiato la nostra salsiccia secca all'arrivo in cima all'Himalaya!
