Ons familiebedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de productie van lokale vleeswaren: ham uit Bayonne, droge worst, andouille béarnaise, enz. Al onze producten zijn afkomstig van lokale boerderijen uit de streek van Béarn en we zouten het liefst met zout van Salies de Béarn. Sommige van onze klanten nemen onze vleeswaren mee op reis: een van hen proefde onze droge worst bij zijn aankomst op de top van de Himalaya!
