Vengono impastati a mano diversi pani, cotti nel forno a legna con farine locali macinate a pietra (baguette normali, baguette ai semi di girasole, baguette ai fichi, baguette al farro, baguette al mais, ecc.) Sono disponibili anche prodotti senza glutine come pizze e biscotti.
