Su un altopiano che domina 120 ettari di prati e boschetti, l'allevamento di pecore Boucheron si trova a 15 km a sud di Limoges. La casa più antica della tenuta è stata ristrutturata per creare un gîte accogliente e confortevole. La casa si apre su un prato ombreggiato. Dispone di una piscina privata riscaldata di 8 x 4 m, aperta da inizio maggio a fine settembre a seconda del tempo, e di una terrazza di 60 m2 con area coperta. Un altro gîte sul sito può ospitare 15 persone (riferimento 87G9020). Per qualsiasi richiesta diversa da un soggiorno di vacanza è necessario l'accordo preventivo del proprietario.
