Nel cuore del villaggio di Licq, sulla strada per Holzarte e Iraty, all'ingresso del famoso ponte di lamiñak, la locanda Alfitch offre un semplice menu giornaliero che celebra la più autentica cucina locale: garbure, truitelles, anguille, filetto di trota, piatto combinato (prosciutto, sanguinaccio, salsicce, piperade), omelette e formaggio di pecora prodotto in paese. E se avete ancora un po' di fame, non dimenticate il famoso pignolet (crema all'uovo).
