Alfitxa, "Chez Alfitch", het prototype van de plattelandsherberg.
In het hart van het dorp Licq, op de weg naar Holzarte en Kakuetta, bij de ingang van de beroemde lamiñak brug, biedt het Alfitch café een eenvoudig dagmenu met de meest authentieke lokale keuken: garbure, forel, paling, forelfilet, ham, bloedworst, worst, piperade, omelet en Licq kaas. En als je nog honger hebt, is er de beroemde Pignolet (eiervlaai).
