Gîtes de Montinazeau è stato recentemente rilevato da una coppia, Simon e Kate, che vanta oltre 40 anni di esperienza nel settore alberghiero. Hanno la passione di intrattenere gli ospiti e sono orgogliosi di offrire un trio di gites che offrono pace e relax. Le gites, arredate con gusto e freschezza, offrono sistemazioni di charme per un massimo di 4 persone. Ogni gîte è molto simile all'altra.
Piano terra: cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, fornelli, microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffè e tostapane. Il soggiorno è dotato di tavolo da pranzo e sedie, TV, divano e due poltrone.
1° piano: una camera matrimoniale e una camera singola, bagno moderno con doccia, WC, lavabo e scaldasalviette.
Piscina riscaldata a energia solare. Animali domestici ammessi.
