Una lussuosa villa in pietra nel villaggio medievale di Martel, nel Lot. Offre una sistemazione per ospiti fino a 4 persone, prenotata come proprietà singola, ed è completamente attrezzata, compresa la biancheria da letto. Basata su principi ecologici e di sostenibilità. Al piano terra si trovano il soggiorno e la cucina/sala da pranzo, separati da una scala. Dal soggiorno si accede al piccolo cortile. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, 2 al primo piano e 1 al secondo piano. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno, ad eccezione della camera 1 che ha il bagno al piano terra. Non è adatto a bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni.
