Questo edificio del XVIII secolo è stato trasformato in un gîte lussuoso e confortevole. La tenuta può ospitare fino a 38 persone. All'interno, 3 aree sono dedicate al benessere, allo svago e al relax: l'area benessere (corridoio piscina riscaldato, spa, sauna, hammam), il lounge bar e la palestra. La tenuta dispone anche di una piscina all'aperto in stagione. Nel parco, una sala ricevimenti con tetto in vetro può ospitare gli eventi più importanti e una rotonda per le cerimonie laiche e altre celebrazioni all'aperto. A disposizione anche diverse strutture all'aperto: ping-pong, campo da bocce, campo da beach volley, laghetto, ecc.
