Questa casa dominante ha due grandi giardini, uno dei quali si affaccia sulla valle, con vista sul castello "Tours de Saint-Laurent" a Saint-Céré.
- 1° piano: soggiorno con cucina, 1 camera da letto con bagno privato/WC (ca. 50 m²)
- al piano terra, 2 camere da letto con bagno privato/WC (circa 50 m²). Ogni camera da letto al piano inferiore ha accesso diretto al giardino tramite porte-finestre.
- una scala a chiocciola in ferro battuto conduce a entrambi i piani
Pace e tranquillità nella parte alta del villaggio (senza traffico di passaggio).
Capannone per riporre le biciclette, pranzare in caso di maltempo, asciugare il bucato, ecc.
