Seit Juni 2024 komplett neu renoviertes Ferienhaus in einem traditionellen Quercy-Haus, das am höchsten Punkt des Dorfes in der Nähe der Kirche liegt.
Dominantes Haus mit zwei großen Gärten, von denen einer das Tal überragt, mit Blick auf das Schloss "Tours de Saint-Laurent" in Saint-Céré.
- im 1. Stock: Wohnraum mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC (ca. 50 m²)
- im Erdgeschoss, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad/WC (ca. 50 m²). Jedes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat einen direkten Zugang zum Garten mit Terrassentür.
- eine Eisen- und Wendeltreppe führt zu den beiden Etagen
Ruhige, diskrete Lage im oberen Teil des Dorfes (kein vorbeifahrender Autoverkehr).
Schuppen zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern, zum Mittagessen bei schlechtem Wetter, zum Trocknen von Wäsche...
