Lestelle-Bétharram, al confine con gli Hautes-Pyrénées e attraversata dal Gave de Pau, è una delle 15 bastides del dipartimento in cui si trova l'alloggio per gruppi Beau Rameau.
Con 40 posti tutto l'anno e 135 posti durante le vacanze scolastiche a Bétharram (con la possibilità di aggiungere 60 posti con il collegio di Igon), accoglie gruppi in mezza pensione e pensione completa. Situato in una posizione ideale in un comune vicino a una vasta gamma di attività, dispone anche di campi sportivi, un palazzetto dello sport al coperto, un fronton, campi da tennis, da basket e da pallamano, per una vacanza attiva sui Pirenei.
