Château Peyredon Lagravette è una piccola tenuta vinicola di soli 9,5 ettari, vinificata e maturata da Laurence DUPUCH, un appassionato viticoltore! La produzione sarà certificata in agricoltura biologica dal novembre 2023.
Siamo già certificati HVE3 e Bee Friendly, la piccola cantina, in cemento e acciaio inox, ci permette di fare haute couture con vinificazioni parcellari e affinamenti molto particolari in anfore e botti di rovere francese.
Produciamo anche un vino bianco e un vino arancione.
Adiacente alla nostra barricaia, disponiamo di una foresteria a 3 stelle per 8 persone con centro benessere.
