La Crypte du Vin è stata inaugurata nel 2021, grazie alla volontà del proprietario di continuare l'eredità delle sue attività passate (Lasserre & Papillon - una società di commercio di vini per Bordeaux e altre regioni. E anche BTC Wine, una piattaforma digitale specializzata nella vendita di vini pregiati, che offre opzioni di pagamento in criptovaluta).
Oggi questa cantina offre un'ampia gamma di vini e liquori, dalle bottiglie più economiche ai Grands Crus più esclusivi di Bordeaux e di altre regioni. È anche possibile pagare in criptovalute come Bitcoin, Ethereum, così come in tutte le altre valute fiat (euro, dollaro USA, ecc.).
