La Crypte du Vin, gelegen in de historische wijk Chartrons, is een van de nieuwste aanwinsten in de Rue Notre Dame. La Crypte du Vin werd geopend in 2021, dankzij de wil van de eigenaar om de erfenis van zijn vroegere bedrijven (Lasserre & Papillon - een wijnhandel voor Bordeaux en andere regio's) voort te zetten. Evenals BTC Wine ? een digitaal platform gespecialiseerd in de verkoop van heerlijke wijnen, waarbij betaalmogelijkheden in cryptocurrency worden aangeboden).

Vandaag de dag biedt deze kelder een breed scala aan wijnen en sterke dranken, van betaalbare flessen tot de meest exclusieve Grands Crus van Bordeaux en andere regio's. Het is zelfs mogelijk om te betalen in cryptocurrencies zoals Bitcoin, Ethereum, maar ook in alle andere fiatvaluta's (euro, Amerikaanse dollar, enz...).
