L'alloggio è composto da:
Due camere da letto al piano superiore, un mezzanino con zona lettura e calcio balilla,
Al piano terra, un'ampia sala con divano, tavolino, TV e angolo cottura dotato di piano cottura a 4 fuochi, forno, microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice, un bagno con doccia, WC, mobiletto e asciugacapelli. Su richiesta sono disponibili gratuitamente una culla, una vasca da bagno, un seggiolone, ecc.
