La Grotta dei Nani è soprattutto un luogo di leggenda
Questo sito di arrampicata offre percorsi di livello abbastanza elevato. Ha il vantaggio di trovarsi vicino ad Altkirch e Mulhouse. Oggi è l'unico sito di arrampicata naturale situato nel Giura alsaziano.
Informazioni generali: le rocce della Grotte des Nains formano una falesia alta circa 25 metri, esposta a N.-E. e incastonata in una piccola gola per una decina di metri. La posizione e l'orientamento delle rocce sono tali che non vedono mai il sole. Il settore "Tip Top" rimane quindi asciutto durante le piogge leggere. Le vie di questo settore si sviluppano su un'eccellente roccia strapiombante e ben concrezionata. È una scogliera estiva per eccellenza.
Gamma di percorsi: 15 percorsi e varianti dal 6b all'8a. Il must: Tip-Top
Attrezzatura: tutte le vie sono attrezzate con catena e moschettone in cima ad ogni via.
Stagione consigliata: estate, autunno, a volte impraticabile in primavera a causa delle risorgive
