Situato nel cuore della campagna della Gironda, alle porte delle regioni di Entre-deux-Mers e Bazadais, il gîte Petit Carpia è ospitato in un'ala di un castello medievale. Per un soggiorno rilassante nel cuore della natura, questo gîte ristrutturato con un arredamento sobrio e contemporaneo offre tutti i comfort moderni necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il primo piano comprende una sala da pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata e una sala TV/libreria (divano letto matrimoniale). Il primo piano comprende una camera da letto grande e molto luminosa con un letto di 160 cm e una dépendance con un letto di 90 cm, un bagno e una toilette separata. Ripostiglio in cantina. Riscaldamento centrale a gas (100 € di spese di riscaldamento settimanali). Lenzuola, asciugamani, biancheria per la casa e legna inclusi nel prezzo. Sono disponibili biciclette per adulti e bambini per esplorare i dintorni. Spese di pulizia di fine soggiorno (60?).
