Situata nella regione Entre-deux-Mers della Gironda, la nostra proprietà agricola si trova nella città mercato di Saint-Brice, offrendovi sia i servizi del villaggio che un ambiente completamente rurale. In fondo a un vasto giardino, la vista si perde nella pianura dove si mescolano vigneti, boschi e, a seconda della stagione, campi di colza, grano o girasoli. La roulotte, situata nel parco della proprietà all'ombra di una quercia pluricentenaria, offre ogni comodità in tutte le stagioni. Ideale per una coppia con un bambino. Per i ciclisti, la pista ciclabile Roger Lapébie che collega Sauveterre-de-Guyenne a Bordeaux passa proprio lungo la strada della proprietà!
